Domestic courier charges within Pakistan are fully covered, but standard international zones are not included. However, for international dispatches, courier charges would be determined by the courier companies DHL and TCS (though remote regions or priority deliveries may incur a surcharge at checkout). Please note that you must contact the administrative department directly to handle the MoFA attestation processing yourself, if needed.
